Richard Gallucci is an experienced trial attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department. He has significant first-chair complex commercial litigation experience, representing national and international clients in trademark and unfair competition matters, as well as franchise and distribution system contract disputes. He has also litigated matters involving restrictive covenants, antitrust and trade regulations, shareholder derivative claims, partnership disputes, estate litigation, insurance coverage, lender liability, and real estate disputes. Richard has also represented construction industry clients in litigation involving contract disputes, construction lien claims, and public bidding protests.
In addition to litigation, Richard has extensive experience in negotiating and documenting business deals: Mergers and Acquisitions, business contracts, employment agreements, etc.
Before joining the firm, Richard was counsel at Wiggin and Dana LLP, Spector Gadon & Rosen, P.C., and was previously an associate with the Philadelphia law firms of Ballard Spahr LLP and Pepper Hamilton LLP.
