Conor McCabe is an Associate Attorney at the Jacobs Law Group. He focuses his practice on healthcare contracting and reimbursement. His practice also currently involves a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty.
Conor received his J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University in 2019, where he concentrated in healthcare law and graduated with honors. During law school, Conor was an executive editor of the Drexel Law Review, a member of the Drexel Healthcare Transactional Moot Court team, and a CALI award recipient.
Conor is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Originally from Rochester, New York, Conor graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 2016 with a B.S. in biology.

His practice involves a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business divorce, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and shareholder litigation. Conor advises clients in a variety of industries, but has particular experience in counseling healthcare providers, including pharmacies, throughout the United States in contract and reimbursement disputes with insurance companies and pharmacy benefit managers.
