On Wednesday March 25, 2015 Neal Jacobs was the Guest Lecturer On Shareholder Relations to the law school class on Corporate Law at The Thomas Kline Law School at Drexel University. Mr. Jacobs was invited to speak by the Dean of the Law School, Roger Dennis. Mr. Jacobs lectured on the practical and ethical aspects of representing shareholders in privately held company disputes. The lecture covered both transactional drafting tips, strategy and litigation of shareholder disputes. Mr. Jacobs has lectured on the subject of Shareholder Relations to lawyers, law students, accountants, and business owners in Pennsylvania and in New Jersey.
