Jacobs Law Group founder talks about business partners who take more than they give at American Bar Association’s Business Divorce Subcommittee Meeting
PHILADELPHIA (January 2018) – Jacobs Law Group Founder and Managing Attorney Neal A. Jacobs presented “Parasitic Partners” to the Business Divorce subcommittee of the American Bar Association during the Business and Corporate Law Section meeting in Washington, D.C. on Nov. 17.
The presentation focused on the methods for dealing with parasitic partners, those who take more than they give to a business. Jacobs also shared several tactics to approach the problem in different jurisdictions including Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. One of Pennsylvania’s leading attorneys focusing on business divorce, Jacobs was joined by Jacobs Law Group colleagues Matthew A. Cole and Joshua A. Gelman during the presentation.
