Stephen G. Zabielski is an Associate with the Jacobs Law Group in the Firm's Philadelphia office. Mr. Zabielski's practice is focused on Business Law, with particular attention devoted to Commercial Litigation and Corporate and Transactional matters, including Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) practice.

Prior to joining the Firm as an Attorney Mr. Zabielski held various positions of increasing responsibility within the Commercial Financing and Asset Based Lending industry, including nine years with the Global Financing unit of IBM and five years with the Commercial Finance division of ITT.

Mr. Zabielski holds a Bachelor of Science from Drexel University with a concentration in Finance and Marketing. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Rutgers University School of Law - Camden.
