Jack Rosenbloom is an Associate
with the Jacobs Law Group, PC. His practice concentrates on corporate,
taxation and real estate matters with particular focus given to
Asset and Stock Acquisitions, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial
Agreements, Business Restructuring, Tax Exempt Organizations, Business
Formation, Business Divorce, Technology Licensing Agreements, Trust
Drafting, Business Succession Planning and Estate Planning.
Before joining the Jacobs Law
Group Mr. Rosenbloom was an Associate with the firm of Fox, Rothschild,
O’Brien & Frankel, LLP and before that he served as a
Senior Tax Consultant for Ernst & Young, LLP.
Mr. Rosenbloom is a graduate of
Rutgers University, where he earned his B.A. (1993), and the Widener
University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. (1997). He also
received an LL.M. in Taxation from the Villanova School of Law (2001).
He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well
as the US Tax Court. Jack also sits on the board of directors of
the Play Rugby Foundation. Member: Montgomery County, New Jersey,
Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations; New Jersey State Bar
Association, Committee for Internet and Computer Related Law; New
Jersey Restaurant Association (NJRA).
