PHILADELPHIA (January 2018) – The Philadelphia business law firm Jacobs Law Group PC was a proud sponsor of Strictly Business 2017, a program of JEVS Human Services, which raises funds to support scholarships for those in need in the greater Philadelphia area.
Strictly Business is one of the region’s premiere networking and awards luncheons. Thanks, in part, to the efforts of Jacobs Law Group, which helped sponsor the event, Strictly Business 2017 was one of the most successful in its 19-year history raising more than $250,000, surpassing the organization’s target goal.
The annual event draws nearly 700 business and community leaders from around the region. The program honors employers that contribute to the area’s economy through a commitment to their workforce and applauds JEVS Human Services’ clients, who have overcome great obstacles in order to achieve their personal and career goals.
Proceeds from the event fund scholarships to JEVS Human Services’ vocational assessment, job readiness, skills training, and career management services for individuals in need.
