Gene Linkmeyer is an Associate with the Jacobs Law Group. Gene joins the firm with almost ten years of experience in commercial, labor and employment matters. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation and management-side employment issues.
Before joining the Jacobs Law Group Mr. Linkmeyer was an Associate with Hamburg and Golden, PC.
Mr. Linkmeyer is a cum laude graduate of both Vermont Law School (1995), and Villanova University (1987). Gene has co-authored and contributed to editing several important law volumes to assist practitioners and front-line employers, including How Arbitration Works, (6th Ed. 2004), ABA Section on Labor and Employment Law, The Employment Law Manual for Wisconsin Employers, (2002), Krukowski & Costello, S.C., and Advanced Collective Bargaining for Employers, (2002), Krukowski & Costello, S.C.. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third, Sixth, Seventh, and D.C. Circuits.
