Joshua Gelman is an Associate
with the Jacobs Law Group. He focuses his practice primarily on
business law, intellectual property and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr.
Gelman was an Associate with Lavin, Coleman, O’Neil, Ricci,
Finarelli & Gray, where he represented major automobile manufacturers
in complex product liability cases throughout the nation in addition
to his work in commercial litigation. Previously, Mr. Gelman was
a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Cynthia E. Covie-Leese, Presiding
Judge of the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey,
Burlington County.s
Mr. Gelman is a graduate of Rutgers
College where he earned his B.A. (1995), Rutgers School of Management
where he earned his M.B.A. (1999) and the the Rutgers School of
Law - Camden where he earned his J.D. (1999). He is admitted to
practice before the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey,
the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
and the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals
for the Sixth Circuit. Member: Philadelphia and Burlington County
Bar Associations.
